Shikoku Island League plus has launched an official website for international players!
Shikoku Island League plus positions this as a practical first step toward evolving into a “Global Development League” starting in 2026.
In 2025, the cumulative number of players sent to NPB surpassed 100. Furthermore, with playerstransitioning to overseas professional leagues in countries such as South Korea, Taiwan, China,
Mexico, and the United States, the league has attracted attention as a development league not only in Japan but across the globe.
Starting in 2026, foreign player roster slots will be introduced, aiming to build a league where promising athletes gather from around the world. Midway through the 2026 season, two foreign players successfully made the transfer to NPB teams.

Shikoku Island League plus will continue to expand its role as a development league to the world through partnerships with overseas professional baseball organizations while maintaining strong ties with domestic baseball associations.

Official Website for International Players：https://global.iblj.co.jp/*This website will also support Korean, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), and Spanish in the future.
